You can track your way by GPS and view your vehicles acceleration. If you have HTTP Server like Apache you can store your movement with standard POST command. If no - your data stores locally and accessible via File Sharing in iTunes.
You can view acceleration relative to your device or in relation to Earth.
You can analyse your accelerations and quality of the road off-line
You can record any vibrations of your equipment(any pump, wash machine and so on)
